Have a ball with Pilates!

Wouldn’t it be great if you found exercise irresisitable?
Could it be you are doing the wrong exercise? Judy Garland said, “If you obey all the rules you miss all the fun!” Experts say you need to do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on most days, plus 2-3 days of weight lifting. Does that really work for you?

Think outside of the box. Remember how it felt on the first date…your heart was racing and you were having a ball! Why not try a new hobby that makes your heart go pitter, pat. We don’t have enough fun in our lives! I encourage you to try a non-traditional hobby or exercise?

Here are a few ideas:

Ice Skating
Martial Arts
Hoop Dancing
Ballet
Horse back Riding
Line Dancing
Unicycling or Cycling
Belly Dancing
Pilates coupled with Free Weights
Yoga / Yogalates

Is there something you’ve always wanted to try, but never got the chance? Stop hiding and show who you really are. Scare yourself and try something new.   Let me know what fun exercise or hobby you enjoy, or would like to try.
