Best Choices when Eating Out!

Oh, was a Soggy St. Patrick’s Day Parade!

Sometimes meals that sound healthy, simply are not! 

Avoid:  Panera Bread Full Chipotle Chicken on Artisan French Bread  (990 calories, 56 g fat)

Order:  Panera Bread Half Asiago Roast Beef or Asiago Demi Baguette with a Half Classic Café Salad and Fat-Free Reduced-Sugar Poppy Seed Dressing (445 calories, 18 g fat)

Order these with Panera’s “You pick Two” option for a delicious combo while saving over 500 calories.

Avoid:  Burger King BK Fish

(640  calories, 32 g fat).  The crispy fried coating and tartar sauce destroy any benefits from the fish.

Order:  Burger King BK Burger Shots 2-Pack, a Garden Salad (with half the Fat-Free Ranch Dressing) BK Fresh Apple Fries, and Caramel Sauce (390 calories, 15.5 g fat)

This choice will save you nearly half the calories and fat of the fish.
